Ice cream yogurt

- 1 ½ cup (360 g) Olympic Krema Organic plain yogurt
- 10 tbsp (150 ml)35% cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp (55 g)sugar
- In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cream.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker to obtain frozen yogurt.
