Energizing green smoothie

Start your day right with this energizing green smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 3 large handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of Olympic Organic Vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup of water to help it blend (or ice if you use fresh fruits)

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until getting a smooth texture
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
