INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml (1 cup) Olympic Organic Vanilla yogurt
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk or vegetable drink to taste (soy, rice, almond...)
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) oatmeal
  • 30ml (2 tbsp.) chia seeds
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  • 5ml (1 tsp.) vanilla

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients
  • Cover
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator
