Turkey Burgers

½ lb. ground turkey, uncooked 250 g
1 onion, finely chopped 1
1 cup bread crumbs 250 ml
¼ cup Olympic Natural Yogurt 60 ml
½ tsp. salt 2 ml
  pepper  
½ tsp. sage 2 ml
1 tsp. tarragon 5 ml
2 tbsp. parsley 30 ml
1 tbsp. sesame seeds 15 ml

Mix all ingredients together except the sesame seeds and shape into burgers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Coat the burgers with sesame seeds and barbecue until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Makes 4 burgers.
