More than 25 years ago, Olympic's Balkan style Original line of yogurt was created. Milk and 5 active bacterial cultures were all that was required to produce what has become one of Western Canada's most popular yogurts. It's all about the process
All of our yogurts and sour creams are made through a traditional
Balkan style process.
This means that our yogurt is incubated in individual cups
rather than in a large vat which contributes to its' uniquely
full flavour and rich texture. No need for preservatives, gelatins, fillers or additives!
And now we are adding 3 active probiotic cultures to each cup of our 100% natural yogurt.
